SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. We ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 2 – 10 additional business days from when the order was processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been received and another e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Please email us before you place an order if you have an exact date that you need the products and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

RETURN/REFUND
If you’re not happy with your Simply Pretty purchase for any reason, you can return unused items, in their original condition to us within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges.

We do not accept returns on discontinued items and final sale items, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost, or refund the price of purchase.
